- chopped onions 1/2 cup

- star anise 3

- regular soy sauce 1/4 cup
- dark soy sauce 1/8 cup
- salt 1 teaspoon
Stove Top (Electric)
- Soak cut chili in water
- Parboil beef shank
- Pan fry beef
- Saute Onions/Chili
- Add 5 spice powder
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Udon
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup water
- +1 tbp if necessary
- 1/4 tsp salt
