Overview

  • 3 squash cut
  • 1 eggplant diced soaked in salted warm water for 15 minutes.
  • Strain out water
  • 3 carrots diagonal cut

    10 mushrooms sliced

  • Quarter onion diced

Directions

  • Saute onions
  • Saute mushrooms
  • Saute vegetables
  • Pressure cook for 2 minutes, quick release OR cook slowly over a pot
