Overview
- 3 squash cut
- 1 eggplant diced soaked in salted warm water for 15 minutes.
- Strain out water
- 3 carrots diagonal cut
10 mushrooms sliced
- Quarter onion diced
Directions
- Saute onions
- Saute mushrooms
- Saute vegetables
- Pressure cook for 2 minutes, quick release OR cook slowly over a pot
