Daal
Ingredients
- Moong Dal
- Red Lentils
- Onion
- Olive Oil/Ghee
- Black mustard seeds
- Yellow mustard seeds
- Tumeric
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tomatoes
Directions
- Put instant pot on saute
- Stir fry spices until slightly dark
- Stir fry onion
- Add a ratio of 4 parts water : 1 parts lentils
- Add whole chopped tomatoes or tomato paste (if chopped tomatoes, slightly reduce water)
- Presesure cook on high for 4 minutes
- Quick release
