Overview

This is a healthy dish where you eat the chickpeas with the broth it is cooked in.

Ingredients

  • Dried chickpeas
  • Olive Oil
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt

Directions

  • Put in chickpeas inside the instantpot and fill enough water to cover the chickpeas by 1/2”
  • Put in a teaspoon of baking soda
  • Release pressure and slow cook for 30 minutes
  • Let instant pot natural release
  • Add salt and olive oil to taste
