Baba Ganoush
Ingredients
- Eggplant
- Lemon Juice
- Peanut Butter
- Salt
Directions
- Turn on your oven broiler
- Put an eggplant on a sheet with foil and broil about 6 inches away for 10 minutes
- Broil until the eggplant is thoroughly charred
- Put eggplant on a strainer and poke to drain some of the liquid - if the eggplant is old discard the juices, if fresh keep it
- Blend with peanut butter, salt, and lemon juice.
